Neo Pay is an operational platform for fleet owners and their drivers. Access is tenant-scoped. Drivers may request payouts only within the work conditions, limits, and provider connectivity active for their tenant at the time of request.
Submitted payouts can be delayed, rejected, or moved to intervention if Yandex or bank systems return an error, if tenant configuration is incomplete, or if balance verification becomes stale.
Neo Pay does not invent balances. Yandex and the connected bank remain the external sources of record for balance and settlement state.
